So I have been applying for jobs for four months now. I have lost all my skills, creativity, and artistic abilities. At the same time, I get no response to my numerous (and I mean NUMEROUS) job applications. I was starting to wonder if I really exist anymore.
I think I figured out what happened.
This guy stole my mojo.
He looks like me. He sounds like me. He writes goofy songs in various genres.
And I'm constantly told by strangers and friends alike that "you look like the freecreditreport.com guy."
Well, I'm not surprised. He hax0red my identity, my very self. He's probably getting all my job offers, too.
I thought this same thing the first time I ever saw one of these commercials. Then I read an article about this guy. He's French-Canadian. He's not really even singing. So disappointing.
I hadn't actually made the connection till now...but I can definitely see the similarity.
